Through this website, we are looking forward to tell you about our products, the way we manufacture them and the way we work together as a team in an attempt to create a "learning organization". We call it "The Nipman Way" and we practice it as a ritual, at all levels of operations and management.

Since 1997, we manufacture High Tensile Fasteners - Standard & Special High Tensile Fasteners in Dia M4 to M12 primarily for the automotive industry from our manufacturing plants at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and at Manesar, Haryana. Our 3rd plant is being built in Haridwar in the state of Uttarakhand.

We qualify as an ancillary to Hero Honda Motors Limited and enjoy a "Direct on Line Supplier" status for both of our plants. We supply our products to a number of OEMs and their Tier I/II suppliers all over India.
